Low Rise apartment building.

Here are a few ideas I have for a low rise apartment building.

To start off I would like to have a 3 story building including the basement. On the first and second floor they will have 6 apartments on each floor and each apartment will have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the basement I’ll have 2 large apartments with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom depending on layout I might have 1.5 bathroom(s).

In each bedroom in the apartment building there will be 3 electrical outlets plus 1 Ethernet (internet) outlet and 1 cable (TV) outlet. All the apartments will have the same finishings except for the one I will live in will have my personal taste.

 All of the other apartments will have prebuilt cabinets but I’ll make sure the counter top can take a fair bit of abuse. The floors will be oak wood or a cheaper wood that has the same look except for the bathroom witch will be tiled. 

For furnishings the kitchen appliances will be rated energy efficient and all the toilets will be the 2 flush style. I will also have a section of the basement for washers and dryers so the tenants won’t have to leave the building to wash cloths.

When it comes to heating I would like to use H-Vac heating in the whole building unless the cost is way more than oil heating, than I will settle for oil heat.

As an additional note I would like to use solar power to help pay for the electric cost of running the building.

the reason galaxies spin faster than their mass should let them is gravity makes time move faster from our point of view or all the stars are pulling on each other while they spin around the center.

near the center of the galaxy there isn't a black hole but it's just the common point of gravity that the whole galaxy spins around. this also makes the gravity there very dense making time move faster from our point of view so stars closer to it move much faster in relation to our point of view. If we were orbiting one of those stars the rest of the galaxy will be moving too slow.
